What to Expect at Your Visit
Dr. Hendel reviews your imaging with you, explains options in plain language, and leads with conservative care when it is appropriate — physical therapy, bracing, activity modification, and injections including corticosteroid, hyaluronic acid, and PRP when indicated. Surgery is discussed when non-operative care has not achieved adequate improvement, or when the injury warrants operative management to restore function. Every surgical patient leaves with a written, milestone-based rehabilitation protocol.
